People Love Concise Emails

By the way, for a business to capture the result, all you need to do is send a letter to someone who would like to read it. That’s why tips and advices on how to make emails interesting and effective are so valuable. Sometimes it’s easy to get overwhelmed on how many effective methods there are, but not all of them are suitable for a specific type of email recipient.
Write twice as much, receive twice likewise.
Recent study of All day hiRe, which started at the beginning of autumn last year, has ended and should radically change the way we look at writing emails.
The idea behind the study was very simple. Two business partners of our company wrote letters to potential clients and their representatives, which totaled 4,277 people. Therefore, all clients received two types of offers, one containing 700 characters and the second 300.How was the customer response to both emails different?
Out of 600 responses, there were a total of 400 responses to the short sentence, so the long sentence was twice as inferior to the short sentence.
Why the result is like this? Some recipients looked at the length of the email and decided to pass on the long-winded version. The rest, one way or another, began to get acquainted, but in the process of reading they did not get to the point of interacting with the letter. In fact, there is another category of people who interpreted the long text as a signal that cooperation with us has many pitfalls, which will take a lot of time to sort out, so no interaction occurred either.
If an email is overloaded with information, fewer people will engage with it and even more will ignore it.
Keep it concise and keep the main idea in context.
In accordance to the style of this study, we will be concise in our conclusion too.Write short letters, because brevity is rewarded with new clients and useful contacts.
